How do I care for my Premier Designz clothing?
All care instructions for clothing are provided on the care tab sewed onto the item. For custom hand-made tumblers, we recommend handwashing only. Avoid leaving them in extremely hot environments to prevent damage to the artwork/finish on the cup.
What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is placed and paid for, you'll receive a confirmation email. When the item ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Stay updated on sales and promotions by signing up for our email list or following us on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Twitter). A loyalty program is in the works—stay tuned for announcements!
What shipping options are available?
Shipping options vary based on location. We offer standard, expedited, and overnight options with pricing displayed at checkout. Clothing orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, custom orders take 5-7 days, and custom hand-made tumblers have a 7-14 day turnaround.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns/exchanges are not accepted for tumblers or custom orders, as they are made to order. For damaged or defective items, contact premierdesignzhelp@gmail.com within 48hrs of product arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. Fees are disclosed at checkout based on the chosen payment method.
